Chúc mừng sinh viên Nguyễn Thành tiến có bài báo đăng tại  Kỷ yếu Hội nghị khoa học quốc tế “RIVF 2022 - 16TH International Conference On Computing And Communication Technologies”

Bài báo: “A Blockchain-based approach and Attribute-based Encryption for Healthcare Record Dât Exchange”

Sinh viên: Nguyễn Thành Tiến

Chủ đề: Ứng dụng Blockchain trong chia sẻ dữ liệu y tế

GVHD: ThS. Đỗ Hoàn Hiển, ThS. Phan Thế Duy

Đây là đề tài nghiên cứu được Thành Tiến - sinh viên ngành An toàn thông tin, thực hiện với sự hướng dẫn của nhóm nghiên cứu InSecLab trong thời gian bạn tham gia nghiên cứu về công nghệ Blockchain và An toàn, bảo mật thông tin tại Phòng thí nghiệm An toàn thông tin (InSecLab).

Hội nghị RIVF là một hội nghị quốc tế Công nghệ Truyền thông và Điện toán, là sự kiện khoa học quốc tế lớn quy tụ các nhà khoa học, nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực điện toán và truyền thông ở Việt Nam và thế giới đồng hành “Nghiên cứu – Đổi mới và Tầm nhìn cho tương lai” (Reseach, Innovation and Vision for the future, viết tắt là RIVF). Hội nghị RIVF được liệt kê vào danh sách các hội nghị uy tín theo đề xuất của SCOPUS and ISI Web of Science. RIVF đã trải qua 15 lần tổ chức và năm 2022 là lần tổ chức thứ 16.

Abstract: "Sharing medical data can help doctors to give a more rapid and accurate diagnosis of a patient's health problems. However, electronic healthcare records (EHRs) are also considered sensitive data, whose sharing may raise issues of security and privacy for both consumers and providers. Most of the current healthcare systems not only manage their data in centralized databases but also lack protection methods, which makes them vulnerable and targeted for cyberattacks. A vulnerable healthcare system then can lead to the leakage of its managed data and result in serious consequences. The goal of this study is to improve the security and privacy of exchanging EHRs using blockchain technology, IPFS, and attribute-based encryption (ABE). More specifically, to overcome the weakness of centralized storage, the proposed approach uses decentralized databases in its design. We implement a permissioned blockchain network with multiple nodes to ensure the availability and secure data in case of incidents. Additionally, encryption that incorporates the owner's special attributes guarantees data privacy. The proposed system, called BABEHealth, is intended to improve the robustness of healthcare management systems and deal with known security flaws in existing systems for smart healthcare. To evaluate the performance of the proposed system, we consider the latency of transaction creation, the change in data size when applying encryption, and the encryption time with various data quantities."
