In this new semester, the UIT Taekwondo Club and the School of Information Systems have brought a fun and healthy activity to UIT students to kick off the new semester with a bang!

'TAEK IT ISEE' CHALLENGE INFORMATION

Register to participate: https://forms.gle/YcsvpaxMYm6PgqM17

Participation fee: Free

Rules:

  1. Perform movements as required, including 2 forms:
  • Individual: Meet the minimum requirements to be considered completing the challenge.

  • Team (unlimited number): Total time and minimum number of repetitions = number of people in the team x

program requirements. In a relay format, only the total achievement of each team member is counted if they meet the requirements, not individually.

If a team member refuses to participate in the next challenge, the total requirements for the entire team are still counted as initially set. Each player participates in only one form.

  1. Minigame "Pushing Limits":

After completing the minimum requirements outlined by the program, players can continue to do the maximum number of repetitions for time-based exercises and the longest possible time for hour-based exercises (default minigame: when everyone participates in the program, it is considered participating in the minigame).

  • Participation forms:
  • Individual: Best achievement.

  • Team: Total individual achievements of each team member.

Prizes: According to the best performance in each challenge.

  • Challenge 1: Valued at 300k (individual 100k; team 200k).

  • Challenge 2: Valued at 450k (individual 150k; team 300k).

Note: If all challenges are completed and participation in the Taekwondo Club's activities is attended, it will be considered meeting the criteria for the "Good Physical Fitness" of the Student 5 Good Titles.
